During a protest against Raila’s “stolen victory” in Mombasa, a man sets his body on fire.

Mombasa town middle on Thursday evening seen a unusual occurrence after a 28-year-old man set himself on fire at the Jomo Kenyatta Circuitous within the Mwembe Tayari range.

The man, who has since been recognized as Robert Kioko, soaked paraffin on his dress some time recently climbing to the best of the structure found within the center of the circuitous.

Inquisitive spectators were dazed, as Kioko who was holding a Kenyan hail in his cleared out hand, started yelling and undermining to burn himself.

In a part of moment, his whole body was immersed in a tremendous fire, some time recently he fell off from where he was standing to the ground.

The video of that occurrence has since gone viral on all social media stages.
Mombasa inhabitants processed around him and made a difference put off the fire.

His dress were totally burnt, and he was gravely harmed after he supported at slightest 50 per cent burns on his back, hands and thighs.

“I’m not a cheat, I have not stolen from anybody. I’m dissenting since Raila’s triumph (within the final presidential decision) was stolen,” he kept yelling as he wriggled in torment when the spectators addressed him.

Mombasa Urban OCPD Maxwell Agoro affirmed to the Star that the man had been protected and hurried to the Coast Common Instructing and Referral Healing center where he is experiencing medicine.

“We were called to that scene and protected him. We are presently holding up for a report to be finalized on what was the rationale behind his choice to set himself ablaze,” he said.

Agoro included that they cannot run the show out misery since many people are battling.

“We cannot run the show out anything. It may well be sadness since right presently you might think somebody is affirm, but they are struggling,” he said.

Other unsubstantiated reports show that Kioko could be a understudy at the Specialized College of Mombasa seeking after an building course.

He is said to have endeavored to commit suicide due to difficult financial times and a need of cash to maintain him through college
